This piece took over 16 hours in order to ensure the best possible lighting, values, and composition using matte black pencils and gold leaf.

The gold leaf has been set on the paper, but as with all original drawings, care should be taken and they should be placed in a frame and behind glass as soon as possible for the care and longevity of the artwork.
